Quality Engineer
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control systems and procedures.
- Inspect raw materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure compliance with standards.
- Conduct root cause analysis for defects and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with production teams to maintain ISO 9001:2015 standards.
- Prepare and maintain quality documentation, reports, and audit records.
- Train and guide staff on quality assurance practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations with efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure quality standards and compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
- Drive innovation in processes, products, and customer solutions.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication.
- Support team development through knowledge sharing and mentoring.
- Deliver results within deadlines while maintaining high performance.
- Contribute to sustainability and eco-friendly initiatives.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in B2B or industrial sales, with a successful track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand technical aspects of products/services and communicate them effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel as required.
